Today we went to the Game Farm, which is a little preserve for rescued wildlife here. The animals are all local species. We saw many varieties of owls, a mountain lion, red and grey foxes (2 foxes were little ones fighting over a little morsel of something), grey wolves, coyotes, black bears, bobcats, eagles, pheasants, and hawks, just to name a few. It was a lot of fun, and educational. I especially enjoyed the owls, as they would look at us in wonder as we were to them. It was a beautiful day.
