Hey everyone! I'm Syn. I live in wonderfully sweaty Southern Arizona. I live a 45 minute drive away from the fence between America and Mexico. I love living here and I really can't imagine living anywhere else. I live with my soon to be official fiance. It is only not official because my mother would kill me. I'm 20 but she thinks I should wait until I'm at least 25 to even think about getting married. Go figure.
I am a somewhat new-ish pagan type thing. I started my Junior year of high school, which makes nearly four years now. I am a dedicated pop culture pagan. I worship Talos from the Nordic Pantheon in the Elder Scrolls Series. He is my main god and I am fully devoted to him. There is no amount of doubt at all about this relationship. He is a very strong force in my life and I have loved having him around. I am in the process of creating a faith around my personal practice and Talos worship called The Order of Talos. I am also a practicing pop culture, kitchen and hedge witch. I love working with divination and my Zombie Tarot enjoys spewing cards at me which are scarily relatable to the situation, whatever that may be.
I am also a girl gamer
. I am a PC gamer through and through. Skyrim is sitting at the top of my favorites list right now, though I am extremely fond of Oblivion and Bioshock. I love music almost as much as video games. I am a metal head. I love Korn, Stone Sour and Slipknot right now. It changes nearly every day, however.
On top of all this I am an avid writer. I am working on two books that have haunted me since high school. I am really bad at editing and I always end up just starting over. I have never actually finished a draft but I fully intend to this summer. I am a member of a local writing group that helps me keep steady.

If you ever get a chance to see Slipknot in concert, do it! I saw them two years ago (I think? Maybe a year) at Mayhem Fest here in California. It was so rad. We don't have much of a pop-culture Pagan demographic here, so I'm glad you can tell us a thing or two!
